Dear Phil and Brian,
It is hard to believe that almost a year has passed since our house was
completed. Not a day goes by that we donąt marvel at our "new" home. It
would never have been possible without you guys. We have no regrets about
any of the things that were done or not done. Everything was carefully
thought out and planned for. All of your suggestions were truly helpful.
We now have our dream house after 15 long years of waiting.
Everyone who sets foot in the house remarks on all of the detail such as
the moldings or the placement of the windows. We appreciate the home's
design every time we sit on the porch on Sunday mornings and have our
coffee. All of our wishes and hopes for what this house could be have been
realized through Brian's design and Phil's engineering. It really is
amazing to look at the before and after photos.
We really just want to express our appreciation for a job well done
above and beyond the call of duty. We wish to convey our gratitude to John,
Orrin, Michael, Dave, Luke, Tom, and the many subs that also made it
possible. We wish you continued success in your future projects, one of
which will be our garage.
Sincerely,
Tom, Alisa, Erik, & Olivia Hoemer

Dear Brian and Phil,
Just wanted you both to know how happy we are with all your work.
Now that the room is painted and the furniture put back, everything looks
just awesome.
Can't believe it's the same room. It looks better than we imagined it. The
"bump out" was a stroke of genius.
Here's hoping you don't run into any more solid concrete stoops.
If you're ever in the neighborhood stop by to see the finished product.
Love,
John and Loretta Hendrickson
